Cabins Can Meet Any Code
ADA Compliancy
We understand that a physical disability should not prevent someone from enjoying the log cabin experience. This is why our project managers are always available to help you design ADA compliant log cabins. Above all, these cabins are just as easy to assemble and affordable as our traditional log cabins. Our ADA compliant cabins can include accessible features like:
- An accessible entrance
- Accessible restrooms
- ADA strobes
Be aware that some companies market as ADA Accessible, which does not mean they are ADA Compliant and meet ADA building codes.
Energy Codes
All our cabins can be designed to meet energy codes in your state. Codes may require insulation in the floor, ceiling or walls. We have a solution for any need. We also have two options available:
- Single Wall. The single wall option is perfect for cabins that are in moderate climates and/or seasonal use.
- Wall Insulation Package. We recommend this option for year round residences in cold weather climates. This package adds a layer of insulation and interior log siding to a single wall design. This technology will meet or exceed the most stringent energy code requirements.
Building Codes
Our standard line of log cabin kits are designed to fit a wide range of needs. We also offer custom design services and will engineer and produce a log cabin kit to meet your specific needs and building codes. Since all ordinances have different building codes, Conestoga has the capability to meet or exceed all requirements with our in-house design team. This is why we have been able to build cabins in all 50 states.
