Conestoga Log Cabins in partnership with KOA is offering an exclusive promotion to KOA owners. This is a limited time and dollar offer on a first come basis. The promotion will provide up to $100,000 of financing for log kits.
Promotion Guidelines
Conditions
- Each participating KOA Campground is limited up to $100,000 of financing.
- KOA Campground must have at least 100 sites.
- Credit Score must be 720 or greater.
- KOA owner must be supported by KOA corporate and Conestoga Log Cabins.
- Promotion will be provided on a first come basis with total available financing provided up to $300,000. The amount is a cumulative total for all KOA participants, not per project.
Criteria
- Conestoga Log Cabins will provide cabins, bathhouses, pavilions, stores or other log structures based on standard KOA prices.
- Payment terms will be 20% deposit plus shipping at time of order and balance over 3 years.
- Repayment will be paid quarterly and begin 4 month after the first building is shipped.
- Financing for the 3 years with be at 8% APR.
- If Conestoga Log Cabins is contracted to assemble the buildings, standard assembly payment terms apply on the assembly portion of the project.
- Site preparation and infrastructure cost are not eligible for this financing promotion.
